              • Fair Value, GAAP, Tax and Cash basis accounting and financial reporting for commercial clients
                • Preparing and quality checking financial reports, budgets and re-projections
                  • Reporting necessary findings to the Accounting Manager
                    • Review acquisition and/or sale closing statementsJunior Staff Accountant Qualifications:
                      • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related financial field required
                        • 1 to 3 years of experience working within an accounting setting (internships count)
                          • Proficiency using MS Excel.
