Senior HRIS Systems Analyst

Job Description

Provides analytical and technical guidance to clients. Participates in standards for development and software selection, and makes application processing and design recommendations both within the Human Resources department and to application users in other departments.

5+ years of PeopleSoft Experience

PeopleSoft version 9.1 is preferred modules; benefits, e-performance, manager self-service, etc.

Updating tables, understanding relational queries and manipulating multiple data sets.

Writing technical specs

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to help define end user specifications

Preferred

Data mining concepts ability to integrate, migrate and work with large data sets in strongly preferred.

SQL, Peopletools, and App Engine Design
