Overview: Capstone’s 2026 Summer Internship is a 10 week summer program. You will be given a project that is both educational and a value add to the business, at the end of the summer you will present your project to the senior leadership team. Our investment pods are looking for bright, curious, and motivated candidates to join their teams for a summer internship. Throughout the summer, interns will be given the opportunity to learn about various investments strategies, as well as complete a project that will be both educational and a value add to the business. Investment pod placements may include Sovereign Rates Relative Value, Global Equity Volatility, Quantitative, Convertible Bond Arbitrage, Equity Capital Markets, and more. Our future colleague has these skills: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics Proficiency in Python and/or Java Fast learner and able to contribute, with a team-player mentality Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical members of the broader team Previous experience at a financial firm is preferred Do you possess these Bonus Skills : Intellectual curiosity, the openness to share ideas, humility, the highest ethical standards and a desire to excel are a few of the traits that it takes to thrive and be your best self at Capstone. Benefits and Compensation Information: Our team is our most important asset and investment. The hourly pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
