Job Description:
Unison is a global telecom and renewables infrastructure
investment firm founded in 2003. We today own 2,200 sites and
facilities hosting mission-critical wireless and telecom
transmission assets and renewable power generation projects. We own
real property or real property interests in the United States and
Italy, Spain, France, Germany and Poland. Our capital is provided
primarily by Ardian (a $200 billion AUM Paris-based asset manager).
We are growing rapidly and seeking key members of our team. The
Team: Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Finance, this
role serves as a key member of the Unison finance team. The
candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of the financial
reporting functions while also working closely with M&A,
Origination, Human Resources, Legal, and senior management; The
successful candidate will work closely with these teams to optimize
financial performance of the company. This role will aid in
providing timely and accurate financial analysis, reporting,
forecasting, treasury management, and assist with month end close
activities. They will support a variety of recurring financial
processes as well as projects and ad hoc analyses. Ideal candidates
should have a degree in finance and 3-5 years of relevant
experience, ideally in a multi-entity global structure. Autonomous,
resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills and an
entrepreneurial mindset will help you succeed in this position.
Hybrid for this role means being in the office in Woburn, MA for a
minimum of 3 days a week. The Job: Partner with business leaders
help them understand expenses and make informed strategic
decisions. Portfolio performance analysis. Assist in month end
close and forecasting processes. Annual budget and updates; Capital
planning; Monthly financial close; Business forecasting, as
appropriate. Prepared managerial reporting including operational
KPIs. Variance analysis of results to budgets, forecasts, and
long-range plans. Support Finance and Business teams in the
preparation of annual budgets and related business plans. Support
the cross-border consolidation of the financial data of the group
entities. Financial modeling including returns and diligence for
acquisitions; Debt facilities including compliance. Provide ad-hoc
financial analysis. Requirements: Required Education and
Experience: Bachelor's degree in the field of Finance or related
field and 7 years of experience. Experience with general accounting
principles and procedures, financial forecasting techniques,
compiling and presenting financial analysis. Highly analytical,
organized with exceptional attention to detail. Robust knowledge of
Excel and ERP. Personal Attributes: The successful candidate will

Respect for colleagues and sense of humor. $140,000 - $160,000 a
year Base pay plus discretionary bonus. Hybrid work schedule: 3
days onsite, 2 days remote. Other Details: Competitive salary, with
