Michael Page is partnered with one of MA's longest running
General Contractors and they are looking for a strong Project
Manager for upcoming projects West of Boston! This individual will
need to be comfortable with Commercial, Academic, and Multifamily
projects up to $25M and have ground up experience in one of their
sectors. Project experience over $10M is preferred. Please apply

My client has been serving the Greater Boston Construction Market
for just sty of 130 years, beginning as a local roofing contractor
and has now grown into a multi-faceted General Construction firm.
They specialize in most major sectors of Construction Projects from
$5M - $25M. They are very actively looking for a Project Manager to
support a variety of ground up and renovations projects in the area
for local colleges, municipalities, and businesses. Description As
the Project Manager you will: Coordinate project planning and
scheduling, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to
project time lines Coordinate and communicate effectively with
cross- functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and
project stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution Contribute
to budget management by monitoring project expenses, tracking
costs, and identifying cost saving opportunities Assist in
procurement activities Prepare and maintain project documentation
Report and communicate effectively with Project Executive and
Construction Manager Profile The successful Project Manager will
have: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects over
$10M Strong literacy of MS Word and Excel Organization skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Offer Competitive
