Job Description:
As a Utility Representative, you will play a key role in
maintaining the bridge between our energy services and our valued
customers. You will assist in handling service requests, responding
to customer inquiries regarding their utility services, and
ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position
requires a dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about helping
others and possesses a strong understanding of the energy and
utilities sector. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing,
service status, and account information. Initiate service orders
for connection, disconnection, or change of address. Perform basic
troubleshooting for customer service issues Keep accurate records
of all interactions, transactions, and comments from customers.
Assist in emergency response coordination when needed. Meet service
level agreements and performance targets related to customer
service. Educate customers on the efficient use of energy and other
related services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and customer relationship
management (CRM) tools. Ability to handle stressful situations and
dissatisfied customers professionally. Capable of quick
problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with industry
