Job Description:
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will wear many hats and
support a small manufacturing environment. In this role you will
get to work autonomously, supporting the manufacturing of new and
existing surgical medical devices. Client Details My client is a

and are continuing to grow, allowing this Senior Manufacturing
Engineer to have a great opportunity to learn and advance their
career. Description Some of the key responsibilities for the Senior
Manufacturing Engineer may include: Modeling new and existing parts
in SolidWorks. Creating step-by-step visual assembly drawings
aligned with this company's style and methodologies Working
hands-on with small shop machines such as mills, drill presses, and
jeweler's lathes. Designing and creating fixtures and prototypes as
needed. Reading and detailing mechanical drawings accurately.
Developing and introducing new products into production. Creating
and improving manufacturing processes, integrating production
personnel in development efforts. Writing and executing test
protocols and analyze results through test reports. Conduct
practical analysis of test outcomes. Processing and managing change
orders in compliance with MDSAP, FDA, and other regulatory
requirements (training provided). Profile The successful Senior
Manufacturing Engineer will have the following background: 7 years
of experience in the Medical Device industry or another highly
regulated environment Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
disciple Strong background with Solidworks for assembling drawings
and modeling Familiarity with shop machines such as small mills,
drill presses, lathes, etc. Experience with new production
introduction and creating processes on the manufacturing floor
Experience writing and executing test protocols Experience working
