Role Experienced Systems Engineer to support development of a
variety of military based, complex systems. Responsibilities The
Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring overall requirements
traceability, interface management, and risk management for the
system. The selected individual will work alongside an integrated
engineering team to: Conduct system modeling, operations analysis,
and requirements decomposition in support of system design. Perform
system level trade analysis of different design options including
estimated development and operational costs. Develop system
requirement specification for the overall system including
verification plans Generate overall system architecture to satisfy
customer, functional, reliability, and safety requirements. Address
Engineering Lifecycle from development to manufacturing to fielding
and support Ensure requirements traceability, interface management,
and risk analysis for the system. Coordinate and execute milestone
project reviews, technical reviews, and decision tradeoff analysis.
Expertise in one or more of the following optional areas will be
useful in this position: Use of Model Based Systems Engineering
principles to develop SysML Models Experience with DOORS
requirement management tool
