Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? What You Will Do: Hot
Section Module Center is looking to hire a CNC Programmer to
support machining new parts in our Special Technologies business.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a high
technology, advanced program environment incorporating the latest
manufacturing readiness assessment tools. They will partner with
engineering, operations, and suppliers to evaluate the most
efficient and cost-effective process design. The ideal candidate
will develop manufacturing process alternatives based on improved
manufacturability and producibility. Primary location in East
Hartford CT and up to 20% travel may be required. Responsibilities:
Develop tooling, process parameters, and controls to create a
capable and stable process Develop, test, and implement programs to
machine hardware (milling, turning, grind, etc.) Create work
instructions for development hardware Perform technology and
process development tasks; including, first piece runs, measurement
system analysis and capability assessments Implementation of lean
process improvements activities to meet schedule and cost targets
Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor of Science Degree in
applicable field preferably Manufacturing Engineering. In lieu of
degree, 8 years of applicable experience required 5 Experience in
CNC machine programming Experience with Milling & Turning CAD
experience is required. Must be a US Citizen due to Government
Contracts Qualifications We Prefer: Proficiency in the application
of continuous improvement tools: Process Certification, Value
Stream Mapping, Standard Work, PFMEA, Six Sigma and/or Red-X Learn

86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers

candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key
