Job Description:
Duties: Partner with research team to produce new tools for
Automated 3D imagery imagery; develop and implement path for Automated 3D platforms;
perform quantitative analysis with engineers to introduce new tools
and enhancements; gather customer experience metrics, stories,
cases, and process flows to translate into new features; use refined
artifacts to communicate features to engineering teams and stakeholders;
improve operational performance by defining high level business
requirements for software projects; serve as a subject matter expert to
stakeholders on output systems; increase efficiency by improving the usability
of tools; track progress of deployed product features by establishing key
performance indicators (KPIs); use data to determine scope, impact, and
priority of system enhancement objectives; drive short and long term feature
delivery schedule by prioritizing product and sprint backlog; and
identify, track, and resolve problems by using SQL, data analysis, and other
research tools. Requirements: Master's degree in Engineering, Management,
Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign education
equivalent) plus two years of experience performing e-Commerce product
management or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management,
Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign education
equivalent) and five years of experience as noted above. One year of
experience must include: Identifying operational process improvement
opportunities and driving concurrent improvements in people, process and
technology; Creating strategic roadmaps for growth and managing implementation
against deadlines and milestones; Leading executive-level communications with
multiple stakeholders regarding strategic vision alignment and project
status updates; Developing presentations using Visio and PowerPoint;
Leading cross functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and other
specialists throughout the strategic growth initiative development process;
Developing business cases and financial strategy for product development,
including defining business goals, creating execution steps, and analyzing
business return; Reporting on business case analysis and revenue analysis
using Excel; Interfacing with cross-functional teams, UE designers,
graphic designers, and QA teams; Performing experimental design and
hypothesis testing including A/B testing and multivariate testing (MVT) and
performing data-driven analytical analysis to drive product development
and enhancement; and Refining e-Commerce tools including analyzing
how suppliers interact in the e-Commerce space, and ensuring that
company products meet supplier needs.
