Currently hiring for an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join one of Boston's most established GCs to work support complex projects across Healthcare, Life Science, and Academic clients!Client DetailsMy client has been serving the Greater Boston Construction market for 60+ years, across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Academic, and Commercial market sectors. They partner with many of Boston's top Universities and Hospitals, resulting in 80%+ of business coming from repeat clients. Looking for a motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to support a variety of upcoming healthcare projects in the local area.Please apply within 48 hours for immediate considerationDescriptionThe Assistant Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Create a schedule during project set up and sub-bidding that reflects that project strategy and is sufficient to estimate from and to purchase subcontractors.
• Identifying, tracking, and procuring all necessary materials ensuring they arrive as needed and inline with the project schedule.
• Working with Project Managers to resolve any lead-time problems or set-backs and keeping all appropriate parties in the loop regarding project implications.
• Maintaining current financial reports to quickly identify potential and existing issues.
• Developing and maintaining positive client and subcontractor relationships through established strong communication in regards to responsibilities, changes and issues as well as following up on requests in a timely mannerProfile
  • 2-5+ years of construction experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related preferred
  • Commercial, Academic, Healthcare or Life Science project experience preferred
  • Strong written and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationshipsJob Offer
