The primary focus of the Customer Success Manager will be to manage ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients. This role serves as the primary point of responsibility and accountability for all services obligations and ensures client satisfaction, and delivery management of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. Works closely with the Business Development Managers and Account Managers responsible for the accounts.

Responsible for conducting customer-facing Solution Reviews to communicate services performance, discuss and resolve services issues, and help customers meet their business goals. In addition, establish/ demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI) for contracted services obligations.

* Must have the ability to travel up to 50% (entire US market)

* Serve as a hands-on leader and evangelist for helping Comstor to improve customer outcomes

* Drive customer health and adoption for Comstor customer accounts

* Collaborate with the US Market leadership team on account segmentation, resource allocation, and account strategies

* Propose, develop and lead the execution of adoption plans and corrective action plans for customers

* Measure & track portfolio and segment health, lifecycle stage, adoption levels, upsell and renewal

* Recommend and coordinate cross-functional improvements to the Customer Lifecycle

* Implement, manage & improve the following processes: Customer Health Monitoring, Escalation, Playbook Development & Execution

* Lead the implementation and operationalization of a customer success system

YOUR PASSION IS SPARKED BY:

* Bachelors strongly preferred with a strong Cisco background and 2+ Years in IT industry and or equivalent combination of education and experience or customer-facing role a plus

* Cisco Technical Certifications (CCENT, CCNA, other) a strong plus

* Ability to drive insights and adoption recommendations to customers by analyzing customer data

* Strong empathy for customers and ability to see value through their eyes required; customer-facing experience a plus

* Subject matter expertise in either supply management or Customer Success required

* Experience in designing & implementing new processes and technologies a plus, especially with customer success systems

* Demonstrated experience in building, managing and developing a team

* Analytical and process-oriented mindset

* Ability to communicate clearly and to articulate complex concepts and ideas to customers and executives

* Ability to make timely decisions and have sound judgment

* Experience in, or knowledge of change management principles and methodologies a plus

* Ability to travel up to 50%
