Job SummaryMass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). As a Staff Nurse in this dynamic environment, you will provide exceptional care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and manage patients' cardiovascular conditions, including arrhythmias, heart failure, and cardiac arrest.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements
  • Current registration in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current Cardiac Surgery ICU, VAD, Heart Transplant experience required.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
