About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Step Down Unit team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients on Shapiro 8, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Current cardiovascular nursing experience preferred.
