About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Urogynecology team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with urogynecological conditions.Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with urogynecological conditions, including telephone triage, patient education, and result management.
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in administrative and non-procedural patient care activities, including prior authorizations, FMLA letters, and medical record retrieval.
• Work collaboratively with the managed care team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for experience in GYN and urogynecology.
  • Strong analytical and observational skills, with the ability to set priorities and work effectively under stress.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.What We Offer
