Job Description:
The Nurse practices independently, providing routine and complex
care in a clinical setting, with a focus on long-term goals and
contingency management.
Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, addressing
patients' psychological, emotional, social, and cultural needs,
administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients
and families.
Core competencies involve critical thinking, patient flow
management, unit operations, safety practices, and compliance with
healthcare regulations.
Technical skills required include clinical policy adherence, health
information documentation, medical equipment handling, medical
order processing, chart interpretation, and patient safety
practices.
Qualifications include a BSN preferred, 1+ year experience, BLS
certification, and RN licensure in the state or compact. The role
is full-time, 7PM-7AM.
