Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides professional nursing care to patients in varying state of
health and illness by assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation of the nursing plan of care. - The Staff Nurse II
functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary
teams, providing direct patient care, instruction, and preparation
for continuing care during and following care transitions. - May
take charge as operational need allows.
T his position will be part of the multidisciplinary team in
Cardiac Rehab, delivering care to our Phase 2 and Phase 3 patients.
This role will support case management, patient education, and
stress testing.
This role will be Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
EXPERIENCE:
Greater than one year of experience.
On-call: Not required
