Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/12/2025 - Duration: 52 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Overview: We are currently seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join a leading healthcare facility in Warwick, Rhode Island. These are full-time permanent opportunities for night shift positions on both a Med Surg/Stroke unit and within the Float Pool. This is an excellent chance to be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes patient care, professional growth, and clinical excellence. Current Openings: - 2 RNs – Med Surg/Stroke Unit (5 West) - 3 RNs – Float Pool Requirements: - Active RN license in Rhode Island (or ability to obtain) - At least 6 months of experience for Med Surg roles - At least 1 year of experience for Med Surg/Telemetry Float Pool roles - Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care - Must be able to start within 2–3 weeks of offer Incentives: - $20,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shift positions (paid in two equal installments over two years, less taxes and withholdings) - Relocation bonus available for qualified candidates Please note: Candidates who have directly or indirectly applied to this facility cannot be considered for incentives.
