experience Description: 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
is required. Candidates must have an active Compact License. BLS
certification is required. The unit has a total of 36 beds. There
are 2 staff members on the unit. The patient ratio is 18 to 1. The
typical procedures performed include utilization management, care
coordination, discharge planning, and revenue integrity. Candidates
with leadership qualities are preferred. The dress code is business
attire.
