working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Manchester,
New Hampshire, 03103! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:

per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required
License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS,
BLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: Epic experience required Must-Have:
First-time travelers not accepted Description: This is a brand new
unit currently being built. Expectation is that it will be up and
running and accepting patients soon. Travelers should be aware of
the need for flexibility during this process. An ICU RN interested
in a step-down unit will be considered. The patient ratio will be
1:3. Unit has an average daily census of 11. It features 12 rooms
with 12 beds. Every other weekend is required for duty. Assist with
floating to ICU and ED as part of team support. Patient diagnoses
include respiratory failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, sepsis, and
post-surgical care. Special procedures include arterial and central
line management and telemetry monitoring. Available equipment
includes lifts in every room and a non-invasive fluid management
system. Documentation and communication will utilize established
systems. Interdisciplinary support includes various therapeutic and
diagnostic teams. This unit practices a team nursing approach. 5
