Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. A licensed Massachusetts Psychologist is needed for a full-time, contract position supporting high school students in Springfield, MA. This role offers an opportunity to provide school-based psychological services within a structured environment from ASAP through June 25, 2026, at 35 hours per week. Location: - Springfield, MA (Forest Park and Kiley Prep high schools) Key Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for high school students. - Develop and implement individualized intervention plans. - Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to address student needs. - Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed. - Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines. Qualifications: - Active Massachusetts Psychologist license (mandatory; submission of license screenshot required). - Experience working within school settings, preferably with high school populations. - Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and interventions. - Ability to complete background checks including CORI and fingerprinting promptly. - Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Previous experience working in Springfield school systems is a plus.
