Contract Shift Type: 3x 12-hour nights per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Deliver high-quality critical care to patients in a four-bed open
ICU using AACN standards Coordinate patient care across the
interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions and clear
communication Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry and
other vital data to guide timely interventions Adapt treatment
plans to meet the needs of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
with compassion Document care accurately and thoroughly to support
continuity and quality improvement Participate in onboarding and
credentialing processes to maintain unit readiness and patient
safety Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in
required jurisdiction Minimum 2 years of RN experience Critical
care nursing experience required Ability to read and interpret
telemetry Comfort working night shifts and in a small,
collaborative ICU environment Must be able to start on 2026-02-11
and upload required credentials three business days prior to start
