Provide high-quality physical therapy assistance to patients under
supervision. Participate in ongoing professional development and
training opportunities. Collaborate with physical therapists to
develop and implement treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of patient treatments and outcomes. Assist in
achieving departmental targets and contribute to team success.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Engage in regular performance evaluations to identify areas for
improvement. Utilize pipelines to assess potential success within
assigned territories. Communicate effectively with patients and
their families regarding treatment plans. Adhere to all safety and
regulatory guidelines in patient care. Foster a positive and
motivating environment for patients and team members.
Experience/Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in
Massachusetts with current CPR certification. Commitment to ongoing
professional development and training opportunities. Experience in
providing physical therapy assistance in a clinical setting.
Ability to collaborate with physical therapists on treatment plans
and patient care. Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
with measurable targets. Strong communication skills to effectively
engage with patients and families. Proficient in maintaining
accurate documentation of patient treatments. Knowledge of safety
and regulatory guidelines in patient care. Experience in monitoring
patient progress and adjusting treatment plans. Willingness to
