Job Description:
Lebanon Center Rehabilitation & Healing is searching for a
dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to
join our skilled team in providing exceptional care and support to
our patients. Our facility specializes in both short-term
rehabilitation and long-term nursing services, focusing on recovery
and wellness in a supportive environment. As a CNA, you will be
integral to our patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being
of our patients through various tasks from personal care to
monitoring health conditions. Assist patients with daily activities
such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitor and record patients'
vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse. Respond promptly to
patient calls and requests for assistance. Maintain a clean and
safe patient environment at all times. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Communicate
regularly with nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure
patient well-being. Provide emotional and social support to
patients, engaging with them in a compassionate manner. Proficient
in basic patient care tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good observation skills for monitoring patient health conditions.
