Job Description Job Description Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Opportunity available for a skilled nurse specializing in Operating Room Technology (ORT) to contribute to high-quality surgical care in West Lebanon, NH. This contract position offers the chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic clinical environment, supporting surgical teams and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures. Key Responsibilities: Prepare the operating room by setting up instruments, equipment, and sterile drapes. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and handling supplies. Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols. Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team to facilitate efficient workflow. Ensure accurate documentation of surgical procedures and inventory control. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current nursing licensure with specialization or certification in Operating Room Technology or related field. Proven experience working in an operating room setting, demonstrating proficiency in surgical support. Ability to maintain composure and critical thinking skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
