Job Description Compensation - Base salary:$375,000 " $475,000 annually, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. - Final salary based on education, experience, licensure, and internal equity. - Offers typically made below the top of the range to allow for future salary growth. Practice Overview A regional health system is seeking aBC/BE Urologist with robotic surgery experienceto join a community-based, hospital-employed practice. The role combines advanced robotic surgery with accessible, full-spectrum urologic care in a high-quality, patient-centered environment. Position Duties and Responsibilities - Provide urologic surgical care, including endoscopic and minimally invasive procedures, open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery as clinically indicated. - Evaluate and manage benign urologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. - Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic care. - Participate in shared urology call coverage. - Collaborate with APPs, OR staff, anesthesia, and nursing teams to optimize throughput and patient experience. - Deliver evidence-based, cost-conscious care appropriate for a community setting. - Take part in hospital quality initiatives and urology service line development. - Maintain strong relationships with referring primary care providers and community specialists. - Support patient education and shared decision-making. - Participate in peer review and departmental meetings. Qualifications - MD or DO from an accredited medical school. - Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency. - Fellowship training or demonstrated experience inrobotic urologic surgery. - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology. - Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts and hospital privileges. - Strong interest in community-based practice and long-term program growth.
