Apply now to join our nursing leadership team. /n/nJob Details/n /n - Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,390 - $2,510/n - Location: Brighton, Massachusetts (02135) — Boston area nursing job/n - Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 18, 2026)/n - Shift: 12-hour nights, every other weekend & holiday/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site Nursing Supervisor/n /n/nRequired Qualifications/n /n - Current nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN preferred)/n - 5 years of Staff Nurse experience with Charge Nurse responsibilities/n - Proven nursing leadership and supervisory experience/n - Valid Massachusetts RN license (MA RN)/n - Current BLS and ACLS certifications/n - ICU clinical experience required (critical care or step-down experience preferred)/n - Experience with bed flow, transfer line coordination, and patient throughput/n - Demonstrated clinical judgment and ability to oversee care across the lifespan (infancy to geriatrics)/n /n/nKey Responsibilities/n /n - Coordinate and supervise patient care across multiple nursing units during evening, night, and weekend shifts/n - Provide clinical direction, mentorship, and role modeling for nursing staff; support charge nurses and bedside RNs/n - Evaluate nursing care delivery to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient patient outcomes and regulatory compliance/n - Make staffing decisions, manage human resources on-shift, and escalate issues to leadership as needed/n - Act as the on-site hospital representative to coordinate operational and administrative activities during assigned shifts/n - Plan and direct Nursing Division activities to meet policy, safety standards, and divisional goals/n - Maintain effective interdisciplinary communication and cooperation with physicians, ancillary departments, and unit leaders/n - Promote a positive image of the Nursing Division through professional patient, family, and community interactions/n - Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development and nursing leadership growth/n /n/n Why this travel RN Nursing Supervisor role?
