We're hiring a senior-level Windows developer with deep experience building and shipping desktop applications in C#/.NET/WPF. This is a hands-on development role, not design, and we're looking for engineers who write clean, reliable code and thrive in a tight-knit, product-focused environment.



What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain desktop apps in WPF using C#/.NET

- Debug and improve system performance for real-world hardware/software integration

- Work closely with product, QA, and hardware teams to build robust solutions

- Lead features from requirements to release

- Mentor junior developers as needed (no direct people management)


What You Bring:

5-12 years of experience building Windows applications using WPF, .NET, and C#
Strong experience with desktop architecture, multithreading, memory management, and diagnostics
Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude
Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder-no H1B, OPT, or CPT



Nice to Have:

- Experience working close to hardware or in home automation/IoT

- Passion for long-term product development, not short-term consulting gigs

- Track record of growth and promotion in prior roles (not from large bureaucratic companies or global consultancies)
