• Demonstrated success in generating and maintaining a portable book of business.
• All practice areas will be considered. -
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in managing and supervising associate attorneys and support staff.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and values of the legal profession.
• Experience with case management software and legal technology tools preferred.
• Strong networking and business development skills, with a focus on expanding the firm's client base and referral network. Benefits: -
