are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Commercial
Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of
complex commercial disputes, and will play a critical role in
shaping and implementing litigation strategy. This is an exciting
opportunity for a seasoned litigator to showcase their skills and
make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: Manage all stages of the litigation process for a
diverse range of commercial disputes, including the investigation,
pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement and appeal.
Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to identify and gather
relevant evidence. Draft and review a wide range of legal
documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and
agreements. Represent the company in court and before government
agencies, presenting evidence and arguments in a compelling and
persuasive manner. Negotiate settlements on behalf of the company,
achieving favorable outcomes while minimizing legal risks. Provide
expert legal advice to company executives and other key
stakeholders, helping them understand the potential legal
implications of various business strategies and decisions. Develop
and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their
needs are met and their interests are protected. Stay up-to-date
with the latest developments in commercial litigation and related
areas of law, applying this knowledge to benefit the company and
its clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience in
commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success in
hearing and trial preparation. Admission to the state bar.
Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong negotiation and
advocacy skills. High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and
gravitas. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with
the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, simple
terms. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention
to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in legal research tools and
