General Summary:Reporting to the Regional Director, will recruit Providers and offer them guidance and support to ensure children receive developmentally appropriate early care and education in a safe and nurturing setting. Ensure that all aspects of the Educator Agreement are met and procedures are followed. Identify and coordinate Educator professional development needs as required.Essential functions:Recruit screen and recommend potential Family Child Care Educators for contracts with Nurtury's Family Child Care Program.Regularly monitor Family Child Care Educators for full compliance with all government and Nurtury regulations, policies and procedures.Maintain and submit post visit evaluation reports in a timely fashion. Act as a coach by establishing appropriate written goals and timelines for Family Child Care Educators to improve program quality.Monitor Family Child Care Educator progress to assure that they are moving forward through continual improvement.Assist in curriculum and professional development of Family Child Care Educators.Assist with technical support around evaluation systems and EEC systems.Maintain Family Child Care Educators files up to date with all required documentation.Perform other related duties as assigned.Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the essential functions:Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or related human service field preferred. Strong oral and written communication skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience with measurement tools like FCCERS & QRISExperience with child evaluation systems like Teaching Strategies GoldStrong knowledge of Early Childhood Education and/or Business Administration or related human service field preferred.Computer efficiency with MS Office, internet/e-mail/virtual meeting systemsReliable transportation required.
