employees.QualificationsJob Summary Arlington/Somerville/Medford
areaProvide physical therapy services, under the direction of a
registered physical therapist to patients in their place of
residence , who have physical impairments, resulting from injury,
disease, disability or other causes. Patients may range in age from
birth to over 100 years. Collaborate with patient, family,
physician and other allied health professionals to identify patient
needs and coordinate services to meet those needs.Key
Activities---Daily documentation is thorough and
timely---Application of standard treatment procedure---Teaching is
provided to patients and caregiverQualifications and
Experience---Two years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare
as a Physical Therapy Assistant---Licensed as a Physical Therapist
Assistant in Massachusett---Proficient computer skills and ability
to learn other software application---Excellent customer service
skills and able to work with diverse population---Strong verbal,
written and electronic communications skill---Travel required
withingeographic area---Ability to work with various computer
software required and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer
