Job Description:

Application Training Specialist must be responsible to design, develop, implement and coordinate educational and training programs related to all company products.

Successful candidates must be able to quickly learn new software, adapt and learn new business processes and deliver outstanding customer service

- Designing and delivering live software training (in-person and web-based)

- Creating training scripts, agendas and modules

- Developing training material for company products

- Maintaining training materials and documentation

- Monitoring training effectiveness

Requirements

- 3 or more years experience delivering training programs for highly configurable software applications

- Excellent platform skills

- Experience in the design and development of software training programs

- Experience representing employer at client sites with all levels of employees

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Refined organization skills with an ability to focus on details and work in a deadline-driven -environment

- Ability to travel over 50%, both domestically and internationally

- Dedication to quality in all aspects of the job

- A Bachelors degree
