Trucking Operations Manager
American Linehaul is a privately-owned, Expedited LTL trucking
company headquartered in Warren, NJ servicing over 65 cities
throughout the United States. There are 17 offices located in major
cities. The company was founded in 2001 and specializes in moving
air freight utilizing an Airport-to-Airport model for the Freight
American Linehaul is currently seeking a Trucking Operations
Manager for our Chelsea, MA station.
This is a full-time and permanent position within a consistently
growing company. The candidate that is chosen for this job will
have great growth potential within the organization. This is a
full-time position Monday through Friday. Though the position will
occur largely during daytime hours, the candidate must be available
via phone and/or email days and weekends as the departments needs
Must be well organized, able to communicate with management staff
as well as subordinates. Training and developing warehouse staff,
conduct weekly safety meetings. Assure that all supplies essential
to the operation are properly stocked at all times. Respond to
customers, via e-mail or verbally, in a prompt manner.
Must be articulate and precise with good communication skills. Must
be familiar with all OSHA requirements concerning warehouse
operations as well as forklift operations.
Having previous computer experience is essential. Speaking and
reading English is a must; bi-lingual a plus.
Monday 5:00 am to 2:30 pm
Tuesday through Friday 7:00 am to 2:30 pm
Every other Saturday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Schedule is flexible/negotiable
This is a salaried position. Very competitive pay - Commensurate

Our ideal candidate must be able to perform the following duties
with a high level of skill in order to meet the company standards
required of this position:
- Must be able to work under pressure & multi-task in a

- Ability to communicate with diplomacy, flexibility and
professionalism in dealing with a wide variety of
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and
- Be willing to learn a new skill set and continue to develop as
- Possess proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and
Word. Will also be required to master the transportation software
system used by the company.
- Complete all required tasks in a manner that exceeds
expectations. This includes returning emails and phone calls in a
timely fashion as well as promptly fulfilling any carrier, customer
service and both internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain the confidentiality of both the company and its
- Have 2 years or more experience or equivalent related
experience in this field.
