realize your potential? The Position Build and manage site project
portfolio management system including primary contact for our
bioproduction facility's Project Portfolio for Prioritization.
Responsible for monthly status updates, investment budget,
coordination of presentations & meetings with relevant domestic and
international stakeholders within Novo Nordisk CMC & Product
Supply. Ensure corporate level investment requirements & processes
improvements are integrated with our current & local site
processes. Manage the overall site Project Portfolio Management
(PPM) process. Provide strategic review of the overall site Project
Portfolio as changes in site strategy, or business impact occur to
provide guidance & ensure the right projects are being worked on in
alignment with current site strategy. Drive link between site
strategy, roadmaps, & project prioritization. Ensure consistent
steering group (STG) across site & provide training to PM & (STG)
participants. Ensure timely communication of project risks, &
resource constraints. This is an onsite based role Monday-Friday at
our West Lebanon, NH bioproduction facility. Relocation assistance
may be eligible if selected candidate meets relocation policy
requirements. Relationships Reports to: Senior Manager of Strategy
& Risk Management Essential Functions Build, manage, & continuously
improve the site Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processLead the
site PPM prioritization & implementation planning process in
alignment with AB & RE budget cycles & facilitate discussions with
site management to ensure site alignment on the overall project
portfolioProvide PPM support, in conjunction with Finance, to the
development of the M2-US Investment BudgetLead the overall monthly
steering group process, & ensure standardization of STG materials,
agenda, & approach across all director areasResponsible for PPM
communications to management & other stakeholdersReact on trends &
challenge, propose solutions to solve gaps & drive the
implementation processResponsible for consistency of Gate
presentation & ensure that benefit realization gets reported &
anchored according to the Gate commitmentsResponsible for ensuring
project plan accomplishes time, quality, impact, & cost
objectivesDrive continuous improvements on PPM processSupport
project managers in their project execution & presentation to
STGDrive & challenge projects with the resource knowledge gained
from the different STG meetings & proactively work with stakeholder
to resolve challengesCoordinate & facilitate assigned monthly
steering group (STG) meetings, PPM SLT meeting, & M2-US IPG
presentation coordinationAssists in Gate 5 preparation of Site
Portfolio level, M2-US IPG &cAPI IPG projectsPrimary site
contact for Project Portfolio coordination with API Investment
Manager regarding API IPG & IPG presentations & meetingsEnsure PPM
training material is current & aligned with site & corporate best
practices & provide training & support to Project Managers & LOB on
PPM processes & templatesActively participates in API Project
Portfolio Management Network & provides support & coaching among
the network members & site personnelResponsible for overall monthly
steering group process by coordinating & facilitating steering
group meetings, while ensuring standardization of STG materials,
agenda, & approach, across director areas & PPM SLT meetingDevelop
& maintain project portfolios in Clarity, including creating new
projects, managing changes, all project gate approvals & processing
of investment applicationsManagement of project portfolio overview
file & monthly clarity status reportingEnsure adequate & consistent

accountabilities as assigned Qualifications Education and
CertificationsBachelor's Degree in project management, business, or
an equivalent combination of education & industry experience
required Work ExperienceMinimum seven (7) years of demonstrated
project / change management skills required, preferably in a
pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or business environment Knowledge,
Skills, and AbilitiesAdvanced Project or Portfolio Management
competencies obtained through relevant training or experience
requiredAdvanced user of MS Excel & PowerPoint preferredClarity
Super User preferredProven project portfolio management skills &
thorough understanding of project management processes,
documentation, & standards preferredAbility to create & manage
detailed project portfolio schedules preferredDemonstrated team
leadership & collaboration across all levels of management
preferredProven experience in planning / organizing, managing, &
revising detailed project portfolio schedules & agendas

Physical Requirements Ability to work in an open office environment
with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up
to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on
